What is the turnaround time?
I try to be upfront and honest about my turnaround time. If your project has a set timeline, I will let you know how possible it is for me to accommodate – including time for research and editing.
What is the pricing strategy?
Pricing depends on how much background research is needed, what type of project, how technical, and the writing style. Once we discuss your project, I will give you a formal proposal with the time allotted and fees.
What if the job isn’t to my satisfaction?
If you are unhappy with the finished product, chat with me, and I will do all I can to rectify the situation. I never want my clients to feel they didn’t receive what they wanted.
